On thursday Jim from Midnight Ramler called to tell me he had a space for me. I was pretty excited, I had been waiting for a while to fish on Jim's boat. We left friday morning and 0 dark thirtyand made our way southeast. There was Jim, Andy, Paul and Rich. Andy's my bud, and Jim, but I hadn't met Rich or Pauly. Great guys, very personable and into fishing. Both have boats and both have done some fishin'. It felt like a good crew.

Harry, Capt Rich's Dad sent me this photo from the weekend of 27/28 July. Rich, Bobby, and Phil went out to Atlantis Canyon and came back loaded. They got two, yup TWO, bigeye tunas at dawn Saturday morning about 100nm from shore.

Bill got some photos of the sights at the Block Island Billfish Tournament. He's been doing this tournament for more than 25 years now.
Al's boat Kristina Lee won the tuna division and Bill got some photos. Here's Tommy , chillin' on a lay day.
